ResaleTech LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Tinyfort mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Account data: If you create an account via Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address (or a relay email for Apple).
• Purchase history: Records of in-app purchases processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Information collected automatically:

• User ID: A unique identifier (via AWS Cognito) used for authentication, cloud saves, leaderboards, and friends lists. This ID is linked to your identity.
• Analytics data: Anonymous usage events (e.g., missions played, features used) collected via Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the app is used. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Advertising data: Information about advertisements viewed or interacted with, collected by Google AdMob.
• Crash data: Crash logs and diagnostics collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
• Performance data: App performance metrics (e.g., launch time, frame rates) collected via Firebase to maintain and improve app quality.
• Device identifiers: Your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) may be collected by Google AdMob for the purpose of serving personalized ads. This identifier is not linked to your identity but is used for third-party advertising and tracking purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the game, including cloud save synchronization
• To authenticate your account and enable social features (leaderboards, friends)
• To process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions
• To analyze app usage and improve game features
• To diagnose crashes, monitor performance, and fix technical issues
• To serve advertisements (free version)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure, user authentication (Cognito), data storage (DynamoDB), and analytics.
• Google AdMob: Advertising. AdMob may use your advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve personalized ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics: Product interaction analytics. See Firebase Privacy.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reporting and performance monitoring.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising, Tracking & App Tracking Transparency

Tinyfort displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies and device identifiers (including your IDFA) to serve personalized ads. Tracking domains include googleads.g.doubleclick.net and pagead2.googlesyndication.com.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS): On iOS 14.5 and later, Tinyfort will request your permission before accessing your device's IDFA for ad tracking purposes via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. You can change this setting at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

You can also opt out of personalized ads through your device's privacy settings. Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables all advertising and ad-related data collection.

5. Data Storage, Security & Retention

Game progress is saved locally on your device. If you sign in, your data is synced to AWS servers in the United States, protected by encryption in transit and at rest.

Retention periods:

• Account and game data: Retained for as long as your account exists. Deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
• Analytics data: Retained for up to 14 months (Firebase Analytics default), then automatically deleted.
• Crash and performance data: Retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted.
• Purchase records: Retained as required by applicable law and platform (Apple/Google) policies.
• Advertising data: Managed and retained by Google AdMob per Google's data retention policies.

6. Children's Privacy

Tinyfort is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

All users:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt out of personalized advertising via device settings

European Economic Area (EEA) / UK residents (GDPR):

• Right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data
• Right to restrict or object to processing
• Right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)
• Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Our legal basis for processing your data is: (a) performance of a contract (providing the game service), (b) legitimate interests (analytics, security, improvement), and (c) consent (ad tracking via ATT).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA):

• Right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used
• Right to delete your personal information
• Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

We do not sell your personal information. AdMob's use of your IDFA for personalized advertising may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA. You can opt out by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS or adjusting your ad personalization settings on Android.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data is processed and stored on servers in the United States. By using Tinyfort, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" above.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tinyfort mobile application ("App") operated by ResaleTech LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Tinyfort is a free-to-play tower defense game available on iOS and Android. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App or its content.

2. Accounts

You may optionally create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google to enable cloud saves. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Tinyfort offers optional in-app purchases including consumable items, one-time purchases (Remove Ads), and an auto-renewable subscription (Salvage Pass).

• Salvage Pass: $1.99/month. Includes 25 daily salvage, ad-free experience, and 10% bonus mission salvage. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or Google Play > Subscriptions).
• All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

4. Virtual Currency & Items

Salvage and other in-game currencies and items are virtual goods with no real-world value. They are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify virtual item balances or pricing.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' accounts
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Tinyfort — including artwork, music, code, and game design — is owned by ResaleTech LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResaleTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

ResaleTech LLC is committed to giving you control over your data. This policy describes what data we store and how you can request its deletion.

1. What Data We Store

Local data (on your device):

• Game save progress (missions completed, tower upgrades, currency balances)
• Settings and preferences
• Cached game assets

Cloud data (if you sign in):

• Account profile (name, email)
• Synced game progress
• Purchase and subscription records
• Leaderboard entries

2. Deleting Local Data

You can delete all local data at any time by uninstalling the Tinyfort app from your device. This permanently removes all locally stored game saves, settings, and cached data.

3. Deleting Cloud Data (Account Deletion)

If you have created an account and wish to delete all cloud-stored data, you can request account deletion by either:

• In-app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
• Email: Send a request to support@resaletech.io from the email address associated with your account

4. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently delete the following within 30 days:

• Your user profile and authentication credentials
• All cloud-synced game progress
• Leaderboard entries
• Analytics data linked to your account

Data we may retain:

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
• Purchase transaction records as required by law and platform (Apple/Google) policies

5. Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. You must cancel your subscription through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play) before or after requesting account deletion.

6. Data Portability

You may request a copy of your stored data before deletion by contacting us at support@resaletech.io. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format within 30 days.
